The SAEBA Youth League (YF) is open to all business and professional individuals between the ages of 23 to 35. Its objectives are to unite and lead young men and women as a collective in addressing and dealing with the problems that face the youth of South Africa, and in ensuring that the youth play an important role in shaping the future. As well as providing a platform to network amongst likeminded individuals and established businesses.

The SAEBA YF functions as an independent body within the overall structure of SAEBA, of which it will be an integral part, with its own rules and regulations, provided that these are not in conflict with the structure of the overarching SAIBA organisation.

One significant issue confronting our demographic is the absence of a dedicated forum for young entrepreneurs to engage in open and substantive dialogues concerning the future of South Africa. Additionally, there is a lack of opportunities for the youth to network, which would facilitate potential business collaborations and collective growth. The SAEBA YF aims to address these gaps by providing a structured platform for discourse and networking amongst our members.

Mission
Our mission is to create a platform for meaningful engagement and communication between the youth of South Africa. We aim to provide resources, opportunities, and a supportive network to facilitate open communication between the youth and decision makers.

Vision
The vision of the SAEBA Youth Forum is to cultivate a comprehensive repository of business knowledge, drawing from the insights of the members of SAEBA. We aim to disseminate this invaluable information freely among all SAEBA youth members. This initiative is designed to provide a voice with a focus on empowering young entrepreneurs through education and opportunity.

Governance
The SAEBA YF governance structure will consist of both males and females. The governance team will facilitate and organise all events, they will be the direct link to the main SAEBA members. The governance structure will be in-charge of the entire SAEBA YF and decide its policies, budgets and ways or working.
